Data and AI Transparency
How TribeLife will explain recommendations, respect consent, separate current features from future AI, and protect personal memory data.
Product policy draft · Updated July 14, 2026 · Counsel review required before commercial launchWhat NEXUS and TribeCreate are
Ask NEXUS is a private concierge for authenticated TribeLife Founders. TribeCreate Beta is a Founder-only prompt-to-creation studio. Both use OpenAI GPT-5.6 Sol with API response storage disabled. TribeCreate extracts structured details, applies sensible defaults, labels inferred information, and creates the requested event or Community in one authorized flow.
Recommendation signals
Recommendations may use information a Founder provides in the conversation and connected TribeLife context. Current availability, pricing, inventory, benefits, and provider confirmation must come from an authoritative source.
Explainability and member controls
Founders choose whether to use AI features. TribeCreate saves the original prompt, generated details, defaults, revisions, safety flags, acting member or workspace, and creation authorization for continuity, ownership, moderation, and auditability. Basic account access does not depend on using NEXUS or TribeCreate.
Sensitive-data boundaries
TribeLife will avoid presenting sensitive inferences as facts and will use additional safeguards around health, finances, sexuality, identity, grief, children, precise location, and private communications.
Legacy consent and stewardship
Legacy content will be private by default, contributed intentionally, grounded in source records where possible, and shared only through explicit permissions and designated Legacy Stewards.
Opt-out, export, and deletion
Account and privacy controls will support access, correction, export, deletion, AI-category opt-out, and withdrawal from future Legacy features, subject to clearly stated operational and legal limits.
