You may provide identity, profile, interest, intent, location, membership, purchase, event, message, reward, and support information. Ask NEXUS conversations and future Legacy participation are optional and governed by appropriate access and consent controls.
How information supports the experience
Information is used to operate accounts, recommend relevant people and experiences, process requested services, support safety, deliver benefits, improve the platform, and communicate about TribeLife.
Data retention, export, and deletion
TribeLife will define retention periods by data category and provide account-level pathways for access, correction, export, and deletion, subject to security, fraud-prevention, transaction, and legal obligations.
NEXUS and AI preferences
Ask NEXUS uses OpenAI GPT-5.6 Sol at maximum reasoning effort. A limited amount of recent conversation context is sent securely to generate each reply, API response storage is disabled, and the conversation history shown in NEXUS is retained in the member’s browser until it is cleared or the member signs out.

Material policy changes will be dated and communicated through appropriate account or email notices. Privacy and data requests will route through the TribeLife support workflow.
